This card was done with the DCWV Royal Garden Stack.
It was inspired by a card on the back of the stack. I changed mine quite a bit from the inspiration card. The card itself was made with pale gold Core'dinations pearl CS.
The shape of the front was cut with Spellbinders Grand Labels Four, and the inside writing space and outside motif were made from Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two and Spellbinders Twisted Metal Tags and Accents. Some of them were cut with gold mirror card.
All the paper was outlined with a gold metallic pen, and I added blue and white pearls and gold outline stickers from my stash.
Hi Kathi,
ReplyDeleteLove how you matched your gold die cuts with the gold on your DCWV paper, (which is gorgeous). Such a beautiful shaped card, and very regal looking! x
Sasha took the words out of my mouth - I intended to say it was very regal looking. So as they say "great minds think alike". Really lovely.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card! Very elegant!!

This card is so elegant and regal. I just recently found your Blog from a link on Pinterest and I just love your cards! Luckily I own the DCWV paper stack you used so am going to give this a try. Thanks for all your wonderful inspiration!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Kathi.
ReplyDeleteJust to let you know, Dad was fine at hospital getting transferred to Respiratory medicine, so back again Friday and again Monday next week. They don't seem too worried so we are not worrying yet!
Well, my first thoughts were the same as most of the comments here...The first word that came to mind was "regal" definitely looks like a card you could give to royalty....smile
